November 1st 1999, the ICIM Interim chair and development committee were established in New York at the American Board of Psychological Specialties Annual ACFE Convention, convened at the Waldorf Astoria, Fifth Avenue New York.

March 12th 2000, the ICIM Secretariat location and postal address in the first instance was established and situated at The Ibis Lodge, Post Office Box 1114, Pearcedale, Victoria 3912.

March 12th 2001, following the establishment of the interim executive committee and its continuous policy development, an inaugural AGM was convened at The Ibis Lodge, Melbourne.

November 22nd 2001, the ICIM Secretary and Chair lodged formal application and draft constitution Articles of Association with the Australian Taxation Office in compliance with Australian Securities Commission regulations.

March 28th 2002, An Australian Business Number Registration 15604 865 173 was issued officially by the Deputy Commissioner of Taxation in compliance with Federal Taxation Act 1999 at Newcastle NSW Australia. The Australian Business Register ICIM address was officially established, entered and located at, the Ibis Lodge, Northwest Corner, Pearcedale and Robinsons Roads, Pearcedale Victoria 3931.

February 14th 2005, endorsement as charitable organisation by the Australian Tax Office.
